At the beginning of the 2014 Lisa Fox set a target to raise $10,000 for research into MND and equipment for MND sufferers. Raising money is not easy, it takes a lot of hard work, you may or may not know, but Lisa is not the sort of person to just stand back and wait for the tin to fill, she makes it happen, and the proof is in the pudding!! Lisa went over and above to reach her goal, she potted and sold plants, chocolates, put her hair through hell, and now has none 8) Lisa also spoke at functions, held raffles, garage sales, she never stopped and her end result was raising $10,578.99  :) :)
Thanks to all on ozvmx who sponsored Lisa's hair dye, thanks to the clubs who sponsored Lisa, thanks to everyone who helped Lisa, But! mostly thank you Lisa :)

Well its all happening now, first part of the head shave and a new and may I say very wild colours and design.
A huge big thanks Rob for your very kind donation of $500 for the first part of the shave.... and to QVMX for $200 for sponsoring the leopard design hair doo...
Of course none of this would be possible without the wonderful support of Brendan from Alley's Hair Design, who has kindly donated his time and products,  :)

 So far Lisa has raised $6,235.74 for the research into MND, congrats Lisa :)

How lucky is this world to have people like you Lisa, you are such a trooper!! congratulations on the amount raised so far, that's awesome! and..... your endless and creative 8) fund raising, you definitely are one of a kind Lisa  :)

Lisa will be pink next, then Rob's mystery colour....
Apparently Brendan from Alley's Hair Design said they can fit one more colour in! what do think? any takers :) :) :)

Thanks Mr Tate and for your kind donation please find Lisa below sporting her new Green hair!! Yellow is next!!
Lisa will be at the 2014 Maxima racing oils Conondale Classic this weekend, selling chocolates,  T shirts, and of course the numbers board!!
As kermit the frog from the muppets once said 'Its not easy being green' so on the weekend vmxers get jiggy with it!!, for $5 you can join Lisa and have your hair spray coloured for fun (unlike Lisa's colour, yours will wash out) there will be a variety of colours for you to choose from. Helen is up there with the food van on Friday and apart from yum yum food will also have chocolates and T shirts for sale, have an awesome weekend all and remember

Sorry Ted Lisa was unable to colour her hair blue for you today, unfortunately she had a slight accident on the sidecar and is a tad bit sore  :( :( :(





But!! she is doing the best she can, and being the good sport that she is, Lisa is wearing blue for you Ted!! :) :) :) :)

Thanks to everyone who supported our cause on the weekend, I think I can safely say that over $1,000 was raised and a lot of people will be eating chocolate for awhile :) :)

As you can see below Lisa has now had her hair dyed purple, and the good news for you Ted is...... Lisa will be blue in time for the last game of Origin!! :)
