Ok ill give that a go! I have done many fork seals before but the dust cover has always been rubber thats easy to pull off then remove the clip above the seal. On the Kwaka the dust seal is different,  like a steel press fit?. Hence I cant get to the clip.  So what your saying is once I remove the bottom bolt I can just slide the whole stanchion out?  Once thats out im sweet. I'll let you know. Cheers

This may be a stupid question but................ How do you get the fork DUST seals out?? I want to rebuild the forks. All I can think of is drilling a couple of self tappers into the steel section and trying to lever them up? There must be a better way that im not aware of?? Ideas  :o Thanks

mmm...yep machining the cases Id assumed that much. and yes iv heard the gear boxes dont like much more power. But surely if you dont abuse the box it can take another 50cc.

Wondering if anybody has fitted a KLF300 barrel to a 81 KLX250 before?? I believe they are a very similar engine. Or if anyone has any info on what may be required?? same old story on trying to get the little green machine to pull a bit harder. Cheers!! :o

Iv used them a couple of times for seal and bearings, had some problems with incorrect model listings were a pain in the arse to sort out..

I need a 78-81 KLX250 complete headlight minus the plastic suround. I also have a good PE headlight, new plastic with lense and grill etc. Maybe do some swap?? :D

Does anyone know where I can source new swing arm bearing/kit etc for a 81 KLX250? They are discontinued from kawasaki and I cant find anyone who does a aftermarket kit.

Mmm...decisions. If I baught a XR200 complete I might as well ride that, I also just baught a 81
klx250 that I was guna build up. So many options..haha. Im  located in melbourne.
