As a newbie to the evil bay thing, seems to me you dont need to put on a reserve if you know what you or your mates have put in as an automatic bid and look at the worst case of paying commission on a sale to yourself if you dont get lucky and attract a wood duck....

I dont have any formal proof at hand , however I would be fairly comfortable in saying IRC was the tyre of choice for Yamaha's for quite a few years over that period.

My first MX bike was a brand new 78 250R,  I do dream of having one again as a piece of furniture, so as a "keeper" would be interested in one in great condition... price not so important for the right one...

I know that does not help you too much except I'm sure their is more than one person like me looking for that special bike for what ever reason... so you should get a better return splitting them up unfortunatley..

 Hi Guys
A mate of mine asked me if I could help with this question, I told him that I would post it on the forum for him and told him to sign up as a member as I'm sure you guys will be able to help him out with other questions as he restores his Honda.

Q: If you go to any vintage meetings can you look out for CR250RD 1983 and get some photos of rear brake area . Parts books unclear and so many different variables between 82/83??

So if anybody can help I would appreciate it.
