From my experiences, the main clutch basket bearing & bush need replacing every season on the late 80s-mid 90s RMs. Once they start to wear, the complete basket starts to pivot around (like A gyroscopic effect) & can make a horrendous vibration. If the vibration decreases when the clutch is pulled in, this may be the culprit.

Most old skool turners recommended a 36mm Keihin for the RM125s...Really livens them up!

You would have to be careful...I am in the Debt Recovery business & nameing & shaming can cause lots of legal issues.
Im with you on members doing the wrong thing, but private mediation with a inpartial ozvmx moderator would probably be the best option-If the powers that be agree or have the time to provide this service.

The 3 bolt fork guards started in 92 before that they were the 2 bolt "slot car" guards. Fork caps are definately wrong, removable clutch cover is 90+, not RMX (not "snail Cam" chain adjusters). My thoughts are 92.

I believe thats not an 89...Wrong fork, square section frame when it should be oval...I could do with another one...
