Honda / CR125RZ, is it possible to fit new crank shaft seals without splitting the case

Seeing the bottom end is good on the bike i am resto'ing can the crank seals be replaced without splitting the cases as i would think the seals should be replaced.
I have looked at some info but cannot tell?

39W rubber inlet manifold small crack on outside but not through $20
39W Power valve seems to have been modified with bronze cap as it was flogged out $20

Wanted / KX250A4 Rear Shocks for Dirt track (Good Chaep and Fast)

I am sorting my A4 out finally, the Standard shock Length seems to be 415mm and seems far too hard. I am considering lowering the shock length by approx 15 mm or more and also think it would be better for dirt track if it were a bit softer.

Tech Talk / Round Mikuni Main Jet conversion

My KX250A4 has a 170 Round main jet fitted, i believe a 165 is standard,
Can i use hex main jets for this carb, there a conversion chart available but my jet needle 283 is not listed. so i am not sure..
