MMM what to say , Guys Ive noticed a big change in this forum over the years and to be truthful like quite a few others Im going to back off for a while . Im over the whole modern bike thing , pre 90 eg . I grew up in the early 70s bike era . Rules for the sake of rules , back biting ,its got to be a total cluster fork as far as im concerned . sorry for the swearing but that's how I feel . Went to a Hot Rod club's swap meet today (not much bike stuff ) but I did find these Rat Rods I have no idea that there was a trend to building these things , most of the Rods were the 3 tons of chrome style or wild paint jobs but a group of Rat Rodders had driven up from Hobart with 5 of these beasts . Im sold on the idea . Iain

HI gents just a quick question , will a DT3 cylinder fit onto a 1974  YZ 250 bottom end  . I have a very good cylinder that has been ported to YZ specs and its a shame to waste  it . Iain

Well after all these years Ive got one . This makes it the double a DT2MX and the RT2MX . Now for the good news for you Yamaha pre 75 lovers by mid Jan Im going to have a large cull of rolling frames , motors , forks , tanks , and other collections of DT , RT, MX parts I will not be asking a heap for them but I will not be giving them away this pile has taken me years to collect so if your restoring early Yam's give me a Pm and I might be able to help with some hard to get parts . webco heads new 250 and 400 . there is tons of it so I wont list it all just call and ask .
