Title: Heaven N.S.W Round 7 at Lakes
Post by: oz555ktm on October 07, 2009, 12:03:32 am: Yes Round 7 this is to replace the washed out round early in the year at Lithglow in june .

This will be at The Lakes Track .
the August round was the first time Heaven whent to the Lakes Track and it was a Big Hit with all the Riders .

Flyer will be Out very soon But with Only 3 weeks to go it is a Good time to start to Think about it.

Pre Entry Only New Members can enter On the Day But its all ways Nice to Call First on ..

Nor on the OzVMX website. Am I looking in the wrong spot ? Is the date Noel mentioned right- i.e. 24/25 Oct. ?? Is it two days of racing, or practice only on Saturday ?

The Lakes is on the 24th &25th of October with Saturday pratice & Sunday racing ,the web site is very slow :'( but you can down load the entry form (just click race entry on the front page should get you the entry form ) ;D

Ill be there with the Can AM, it took just a 20c grub screw to fix, unlike the Triumph with the list so far containing:-

Both crank cases
pair of conrods
one piston
barrels
2 cam shafts (one bent, one snapped)
all engine bots as either were bent or missing!
head still to be checked!

Nitram, I have 2 of the allen headed grub screws in my kit for you :)

I don't know about Shaun and the money, I'd say he's shaded by the RM125 in the fore ground,
the first corner is a left hander 8)

Yes but Noel the first corner is also 300 metres away and up hill I don't recall seeing anything yellow in front of me that day ;D ;D ;D There were a few other colours though :'( :'( :'(

Ah yes that was the race that I found out why they are called self penalising gates >:(

On another note I have just commenced preparation of my 'red devil' for next season. So the horsepower advantage will be coming to an end. See you in Classic 125 next year my friend. Viva La Pre 78 ;D ;D ;D

I expected to see a bunch of old blokes "puttering" around the track Trying not to fall off. But when they took with a roar from the start ,hell bent on getting the holeshot all I could think of was .....AWESOME!!!!
