One of the local cockies asked me if I could tidy up and sell an old TS185 he had in the shed. The bikes pretty much original, reasonable compression, probably needs a good tidy up................but ya gotta love the bush mechanics on that pipe ! :o :o :o ???

I thought the boy racers ran their drain pipes at the outlet end of the exhaust or are they a bit different over there ;)
-
now i know where to go for taper header sections for my rm125s pipe and wont rust/burn out for a hundred years
-
Rodger don't EVER throw that pipe away. Straight to the pool room or Hall of Fame.
-
Yeah that pipe is the coolest thing I have seen in ages.....forget bloody Fox and Mugen.... that accessory rocks. ;D
-
I would have used the PVC joins and elbows to give it a more modern look ;D
The top elbow should have had the threaded cap to do the occasional cleanout.
-
.........I don't know if the pipe was done before or after, but this bike still has a NSW rego plate on it ??? ??? ???

Bugger, theirs been a leak from my R & D department & somebody's copied my 2010 "kit" pipes.
They would have been released for 2009 but my team of R & D researchers are still trying to work out how to stop the teflon tape from melting.

bit of gal ;D i am a apprentice plumber i would have at least made mine out of copper i should give it a crack making a copper pipe for one of my bikes i reckon i could do a very nice job of it i am printing that pic to show dad he will get a good laugh from that one thanks Michael. :)
-
Micheal , ask your DAD about copper oxide .....does the same thing to you as " pink primer"
-
OK, so how much does he want for it and where's it located?
-
Gday Stew reckon i could combat it with a product though i have seen plenty of copper oxide wouldnt happen instantly i spose you could use A grade copper then spray it kind of ruins the cool look should try it and see what happens :) thanks Michael.

Got a Copper and Brass system somewhere for a B44 already Frosty going to polish it up for the wall. The builder used to work in the Victorian Railways Workshops in the fascinating steam era. Arr the old Government Jobs..... ;)

dads mate had a b44 burnt in the fires it was a nice bike would have looked good with a copper and brass exhaust
