Ya that looks like a bike. They should have some rule stating it must be open air or somthing. Those land speed things look as much a bike as a boat.

Klub Kevlar was represented at the same Bonneville meeting as the above streamliner. Evelyne Sholtz who works as office manager for Alan Joneses business,Field Refractories, raced American Jim McBrides 2009 Yamaha V-Max to a new record of 182mph. Evelyne, originally from Switzerland formerly raced road racing sidecars swinging for a number of riders including Doug Chivas and current partner "Bones" McLachlan. She now limits her racing to competing on the pairs Yamaha R1 streamliner and her own V-Max on the salt lakes and drag racing their R1 and her older '96 model V-Max.
Evs Bonneville effort is even better when one considers that McBrides V-Max is stock standard.

Also carrying a Klub Kevlar sticker on his vehicle was Marsh "Ace" Runyon on his six cylinder Ford powered Model A Ford roadster running in the vintage class. The former Aussie visitor (92 Nats on his Harley MXer) ran 155 MPH.
