Marc who makes those covers ? or did you machine them yourself :)
And whats that big hair dryer in the background :o

Engine covers come from Mark Cook, Performance Engineering in the UK..... really good guy and offers a great level of service which is good. I am just buying one fo his new clutches, gives you much stronger gearbox main shaft so you can retain your 4 speed. Story goes that the real problem is not the gears but the main shaft flexing.
Hairdryer is marine turbocharger, that one is baby, our biggest one is 14 tonnes and we have engines with 3 or 4 of them, engine outputs are over 100000 kw in some cases.

Looking good marc,
Am re-building a B50 myself, I like the adapter for the carb! Where do you get those? is it a Mikuni?
-
No carb is Keihin PWK courtesy of ebay. not pre whatever legal but looks cool.

Looking good Marc.
You will love the new clutch from Mark at PES. I fitted one to my CCM earlier this year. What a difference ! No more overheating, no more slipping, much lighter, and easier to work on. Looks good too. The weight difference between the old cast iron clutch and the new one is huge.
The only trouble I have now is starts !.... as all the power now goes to the back wheel, I am having trouble keeping the front down.
