Or good quality flexible fibreglass items from here.
Email: Prixhistoric Fibreglass
[email protected]
PO Box 765
COWES Victoria 3922
Phone (mobile): 0418356478,
They do front and rear fenders, side panels, sprocket cover and front number plates for PE’s
They often list stuff on ebay AU
Other option is a guy doing fibreglass parts in Belgium (numberplate suits C/N)

here are the various places I found useful when doing my PE175N

some may be out of date, but 99% are good.
Are you after functional or mint? DC is a truly excellent repro, but had a wrong shade of yellow. This may have been changed in the last year or two, and if you don't want a museum piece, these will fit the bill! Headlight shroud - same.
There is a guy in the UK doing mint headlights shrouds, but in an enormous understatement, he is a difficult chap to work with.
If fibreglass is OK, I can say that the Pri-Historic stuff is excellent. They do zillions of bikes, btw.
Sidecovers - ring Suzuki dealers, they ARE still available from factory and turn up all over the place, despite one curious cove trying to buy every set in Australia a year or so back.
factory C/N rear fender is hard to find, and crazy expensive when they turn up on eBay.
factory front is just the RM thing, and is easier to source.
ALSO: join the PE list here: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PEmotorcycles/
and go read the FAQ.txt

DC’s yellow is now an acceptable shade. They don’t do that crappy bright safety yellow anymore.
Yeah I very often see NOS PE 175 N sidecovers on ebay, I bet there is some on there now. You gotta look pretty hard though and are often for sale from asian ebay sellers but not always. Include ‘ebay stores’ In your search

VMX plastics is a re-seller of DC plastics. Most if not all of DC's replica pannels do not mount the same way as originals and will be missing mounting lugs and or tabs and you will be left with the decision on how to mount them and make them work. The most common way is zip ties. Since they are vacume formed Its is either too hard for them to replicate the correct mounting tabs or they cant be bothered, im not sure.

No, I have not. I have some DC Plastics stuff for my '79 and they were very well made, but too safety yellow bright. I got them a few years ago, when first released by DC Plastics. They were well done. No idea on the later years or the more current shade of yellow :D
