Is there a basic kit available for custom cable materials?

Yeah i just bought Universal throttle kit, it came with two different size ends and the carb end already fitted, piece of cake to cut to size.

Any good bike shop should have a supply of ends, caps, inners and outers. I go to my local and raid his large set and for around $15 I have all the bits I need to make/repair about 5 or more cables. (excluding cables) And for about $10 per meter will sell me brake/clutch - inner and outer and a bit less for throttle.

yes you can get all your cable making supplies from www.mcsonline.com.au have a browse through their catalogue. you need to order through dealer so take a list of all the part numbers you want. They have nylon lined cables too.

John Titmam Racing in Brisbane has Venhill cables and parts or they can make up as per sample if needed, they are top quality English made not chinese junk :).Hes on this forum.Cheers John.
