Title: YZ250G 1980 Model Wanted

Yeah, yeah, everybody wants one
But it's worth a try!  The more stock standard - the better, not really interested in hot rods.
As complete as possible would be nice
I am in Melbourne, but will travel for the right bike.

CrossedUp2's race bike isn't a G.
If he's got a G for sale, then I expect the phone call first!  :D

I will be doing up a G at Xmas, or there abouts, for next the Viper season (Picked it up complete with near perfect plastics but with blown motor & gearbox, H Barrell, for $150 about 4 years ago, that's got to hurt). I have a spare that is almost complete. I will keep it till then in case I need to rat stuff. I have sort of offered it to someone else but they may not want it. If that's the case and you have done no good by Xmas give me a PM.

Side bar, why does everyone want the G? I would have thought a H would be better with the 43mm forks and 5 speed box?
