Title: Frame postage suggestions from Newcastle to Yackandandah

I have just found a frame for a person who lives in Yackandandah Victoria and I am in Newcastle, what is the cheapest way for him to get it from me to him.
I am not a shop or a wrecker or anything just a restorer helping another restorer out.
I can drop it at a depot or truck stop if need be.

Take it to 'Pack and Send', they'll pack it up for you and get it there within 2 days.
