If its damper rods you're missing & I don't know why you would be try Charlie Richardson of CRhighperformance as he does a very nice kit to fit

Can you tell who's springs & damper rod upgrade kit arrived tuesday ;D
Once my trials bikes gearbox is sorted & back together the 380 is in for some serious work, which PD valves are the right fit?

Tony,
Thanks. Don't know why they are missing. I rescued the bike from a back yard that I happened to go to for work reasons about 10 years ago. Lo and behold, it was my old bike, but in poor state of repair. Never been raced, I was told, as we negotiated a price. Has taken this long to get it into resto phase; nearing completion (early in new year, I hope).

Then or now ?
Silly me. Have some from 1974, but none from when I found it. Will post when job is complete. Don't want spies lurking around the shed ripping off top ideas from the "works" bike. ;D ;D ;D

Charlies site is www.crhighperformance.com
Damper kit is about $130us, I got new springs & the top out springs at the same time for about $225us plus postage which isn't bad with the exchange rate at the moment
