Title: Who's got this bike?

Does any-one know where this bike finished up?  Is it still around?

How would anyone know which 360B it is unless you've got a frame number. I've got one with no engine and absolutely no history on it.

It's a windtunnel in the background ya wallies. That's why I asked what a YZ would be doing at a uni.

I do know I have the same engine crane in the background, in my shed. Weighs about a tonne and is absolutely useles once it hits the dirt. Don't recognise the bike, but I know of someone who has an MX250/360 but he won't part with it. It has the silver tank from memory.

Its Dave Basham's bike (remember him; he dominated nationally between 1965 and 1973, winning 4 National titles, 2nd twice and 3rd on 5 occassions).

Hopefully some-one would have kept the bike.  Freakshow???

TooFastTim is on the money.  The crane would have been used to lift one end of the bike to measure the centre of gravity height.

Obviously the South Aussies mx scene was technically very advanced back then, despite their appearance (I wonder if they had to wear hair nets while racing to stop the hair catching in the exposed counter shaft sprocket  :o).

I think there may have been some nut tightening going on.
