Title: Cheap fuel tank for XT500

I'm after a cheap fuel tank to do mx with that doesn't leak for my XT500 1980 onwards G,H. I don't want to wreck my good tank so if you've got one that doesn't leak and it's cheap please PM me. Thanks Dave Anyone?

what model/year? straight forks or leading axle forks  fitted from the factory?

I'nm not sure Matt if you're responding to me or not, but mine's a XT500g (leading axle forks) and I don't really care what model tank you've got or colour, shape etc as long as its not going to rip my balls off when I slide forwards or leak fuel on me. Cheers

hi Dave
the cdef and gh tank mounts look the same but are different,to much to "bolt on"
 an earlier tank on to a late model frame [been there tried that but didnt do that] get a gh tank and save the head fork trying to mount it
