Does anybody have a 6F21-4 jet needle they want to sell?
Does anyone know what alternate jetting there is for the VM34 Mikuni Carby if you don't have the 6F21-4 jet needle?

 Thanks Ji

have you tried T D Hattricks (the Mikuni distributors) in Townsville?

I bought some jets off them the other week, very helpful and next day delivery.

				Hi Mainline,
Yes I rang them and they can no longer get that needle. I also rang Yamaha and they no longer have any in stock here or in Japan.

fair enough, don't know if it helps but I have a spare 6f22 you can have.

				Hi Mainline,
 Thank you very much.
How much should I send you?
 Is it in good condition?
How can I get it before the Nationals?
Is the 6F21 similar to the 6F22?

 Keep well

I have a 6F21 needle you can have. I cann't see a -4 on it. ::) (something to do with getting old) It's come out of a carby off a 85 YZ125. Pm me your address if you want it. Darcy

The 4 is for the clip position.. 4th from the top.

-
if you can't sort out something with Darcy in time for the nats, and the one I've got will work you can have it for nix, I've got another anyway.

I live on the northwest of brissy, and I'm thinking you might too?? or am I thinking of someone else?

Either way let me know if you need it

Try Ian Williams Tuning in SA not those numpties/robbers in Townsville. Your number is the actual needle not a needle jet/emulsion tube.

				Hi Lozza,
Thanks mate I will give them a call to see what they got.
The Mikuni cat and my Yami manual all call the needle a "Jet Needle"

Thanks to Mainline and Dkupf for their assistance.

 Keep well

I must have got them on a good day, or you got them on a bad day/s :D

I always find Tom at Hatricks helpful.
He usually has the parts or carbs I need.
 Tom sells jets for $10.00.

Ian has the parts I need in a hurry so he is my main man.
He was busy today when I rang and did not wish to talk.
I was extremely pleased that he had the parts so nothing else matters.
 Ian sells jets for $8.80.

I will let the market judge.
All I know is I am happy Lozza put me onto Ian.

				Hi Dkupf (Darcy),
I received the needle this morning and it is in the bike as I type.
The engine is running real crisp as it should off idle.

Thanks to my sponsor Darcy and technical manager Lozza the bike is now ready for the Nationals.
