Title: Melbourne in october

Hi guys ill be doing a flying visit to Melbourne in october whats the cheepest accomodation near town i can get
fly in on the saturday and fly out again the following so i wont get to an event if there is one on but the bike wreckers are on the list of to do things

MRC* on Spencer Street, right in the city, near Southern Cross station. All meals included, some "activities" too. Can be a bit tricky getting in and out...

Seriously Ian, it depends on your budget & where you want to be. I think your best bet is those websites that specialise in deals, like wotif and lastchance.

Someone posted a list of wreckers on here recently too.

Oct 18 is Moto GP weekend, so that might have an impact on accomodation if you're here then. There's also a VIPER round at Ballarat on that day.

You could always sleep out the back with Hoonys dogs. You haven't got fleas have you?

i dont mind sharing my fleas as long as the dog keeps me warm
