Too much water in the oil, see your own other thread.
You either still have some water in the oil turning everthing to sludge creating temporary shifting problems
or
You have had some water in the oil too long rusting everthing creating permanent shifting problems.
Try a decent flush out, if that doesn't work you may have to plit the cases to check everything.

what does the clutch Feel/Look like (pull cover off and check)?
its possible the tangs on the basket are badly indented and its not disengaging properly.
-
i fixed the water leak problem there is no water gitting in there know i looked at the clutch and basket they both look good i was with a guy thats been working on bikes for 25 years and he told me to add a washer to the clutch springs i will flush out the oil and try a diffrent oil that is thicker

Washers under the springs will help a slipping clutch but not a gear change problem.
If you have the clutch cover off then check the gear change mechanisms are all working properly,
otherwise
the shift drum may now have a dodgy bearing or some crap in it.
Sticking when warm suggests that something is expanding & jamming
or
like my KX 250, the dogs are worn making it jump straight out of gear as soon as you put it in.

still have the same problem now it will not shift at all eny idea's????

new set of clutch shoes or possibly the gear cluster is stuffed try doing a bump start in second and see if she rides if it does more then likely the shoes

Bike will shift without a clutch. Your problem ( most likely) is either the mechanism within the shift drum barrel ( gummed up or broken), the gear lever selector shaft which connects to the mechanism in the shift drum or its internal such as selectors. The mechanism has small parts in it. That is my guess.
Failing that, bring it up close to your pc so i can take a closer look! :D ;)
