Title: suzuki rm 125d Jetting

Anyone have the best basic jetting for a rm 125d.Have just put new carby on but it came with the following jets.
needle 6DP17
needle jet 159 Q6
pilot 35
main 200.
Bike has a DG pipe.

The standard settings for the 125D are: Jet needle: 6FP35
                                                      Needle jet: Q-6
                                                      Main jet:270
                                                      Pilot     : 30
                                      Throttle Slide cut-away: 2.0
                                                   Float level:12-13mm
                                              Pilot air screw: 1 1/2 turns out

Thanks,that a great help.Have played a bit with it and 150 main seems right at the moment.I will see what happens when i get up to connondale

Just out of interest, what is the new carb, is it a VM32ss or a normal VM32

Either way did you mean 250 main jet ?  150 seems very very small, I'm amazed it runs.

My typo error,main is 250.Carby is vm 32.Thanks
