Now this is one big question you ask....... ;D
20,30,40 or maybe 50 years.... :P
Personally vintage for me is anything off the assembly line and built before the year 1975  8)
oh and of course it depends how old you are !   :-X
cheers

Agree with Mutley mostly my opinion is this and let me stress its mine only over 25 is classic vintage is over 50 and veteran is over 75, means little unless you love what you ride and have a bag of fun doing it

No offence my personal opinion is that, Veteran is over 25, Classic is over 50 & Vintage is over 75.
I'm saying that because I was brought up going to Vintage rallies back in the late 60's, early 70's.
Veteran would also indicate the age of the people who rode them etc, etc, etc.

who knows whos right, i found this on a vintage motorcycle web site
Veteran motorcycles are those made prior to 1915, Vintage were made from 1915 to 1930 and Post-Vintage were made from 1931 to 1945. Classic motorcycles are those made from 1946 to 1960, Post-Classic from 1961 to 1970, Modern Classic from 1971 to 1980 and Late Classic from 1981 to 10 years of age.
either way just enjoy your ride cause thats what its all about
