Title: VE/VF REpo mufflers
Post by: All Things 414 on July 03, 2009, 07:32:11 pm
Here's Luis's repo VE/VF mufflers. I'm thinking of getting one but it'll eat up about $370.00 AU by the time it gets to my P.O.Box. :P
He sent me about eight different pictures and they do look well made and very hard to pick from the OEM one (Unlike the H7 one that I bought  :'()
I gotta get into model trains soon......

They do look great Ross, and would complete a full resto,
Would hate to drop the bike on that side though!!

They look really good, but for the price I am not sure. Just track down a good secondhand one Ross.

The thing is they run heaps better with the standard pipe and muffler. I've tried aftermarket and stock with aftermarket mufflers but stock is best. I'm currently using the one off of the 414 that's done little work and I dont want to ding it. And Sandy's right. You'd never find a second-hand one. These look well made. What to do...... :-\

Well if you think you can't get them buy a new one seems to be the only option.

Cheers
