One serrated RH NOS Suzuki peg #43550-41102. I put the number in because I don't know what it fits....could be rare as........ ::) $10
-
got a picture of it thanks Michael. :)
-
Sorry Frosty,no pic.
-
who cares what it fits, it's a NOS SUZUKI FOOTPEGfor god's sake!!!! buy it now, sell your kids if need be;D
As the man said Its VERY nice.
-
oh lordy ::) here we go again ???
-
I can't believe you'd let it go that cheaply CanAm!! :o someone is going to be very very happy with it I'm sure!! ;)
-
OMG! It is a genuine 77-79 RM/PE/TS/DS peg!
-
Yes indeed Doc,the premium for this quality works replica item is modest. I do however believe that such an item should not be hoarded and is the beginning of an outstanding project or it may be the necessary part needed to rehabilitate that pegless bike out onto the track and, dare I say it-loved?. How much is that worth I ask? I am almost ashamed to ask for any renumeration at all but, after all, the children must eat.
-
Does it come complete with a spring ::)
-
Sorry but it was used to operate a home engineered rat trap.

oh for God's sake stop beating about the bush people! This is the genuine article and you're all too slow to act!! ::)
Canam consider it sold!! ;D This is one proud moment, I shall arrange some finance and I'll bloody well buy it myself if it means your kids will eat well tonight :( hate seeing kids go hungry :P ;) does it come with the original plastic packet and part number? Almost a must for the serious collector 8)

Doc, your altruism and compassion humbles me. I would be honoured to have you purchase this fine piece of Japanese engineering from me. This gem does indeed come enclosed in the original petroleum based cover, identifying tag included and sealed with undamaged folding metal clasps. I will pm you some details. The children are a little teary about the sale but understand the realities of life.....
-
RARE????? R U SURE!!!!!
-
Thanks to Doc I now have enough money to put Nanna's ashes into a nice urn instead of our coffee cup and can place her onto the mantlepiece. We've lost a peg but at least now we have a nice place for Nanna and we don't have to keep shifting her when we want a cup of coffee. We are all so happy :D
-
would of been worth more with a spring :o
-
ok so this is sold then, if you find another one let me know. thanks
-
I have to keep pinching myself to I know I'm not dreaming ;D may have been worth more with a spring Ross yes, but I think it's more a case of you're just a little jealous of my good fortune ::) As stated it does come with the petroleum based factory wrapping, numbered identification label and 'undamaged' folding metal clasps..can't ask for much better I'd reckon! ;) I shall post a picture when it arrives 8)
-
it's here!! :) not the best picture sorry but it's hard to remain composed on such a monumental occassion! ;D

-

-

Shit i was thinking that Doc had laid down a beach towell to pake the pic :D
Sorry Doc.... ;)
-
Very appropriate that the backdrop for the quality part should be ROYAL Blue. Don't put it on the mantlepiece unless it's attatched to the bike please. :)
-
doc ,you should be able to clone something outa that large piece .of original metal you have there .do you remember brads vegi garden project ,maybee he could help.he had handle bars popping up everywere outa the dirt :P
-
Firko the blue carpet compliments the bright yellow walls :P
actually Bahnsy is on the money..there is no way I'd let the footpeg touch the ground without a return spring so the beach towel and bench top it is ;)
and Paul, the only problem with the cloning is I'd end up with all right side peg clones :-\ I need to study the left pegs DNA indepth to see where the molecular chain actually differs ;)
Canam..once again thanks mate!! It's so nice I reckon I could near build a bike around it ;D it's not going to waste don't worry..below is where it will live out the rest of it's natural life except it'll be on the otherside and the pics a bit old, the bikes had a tidy up since :D Again thanks ;)

I'm thinking you should leave the peg in the bag until you've invited a few dozen of your best mates ;D over for a beer and footpeg viewing night
-
I reckon that is a good idea.
In lieu of finding a whole bike in it's crate I figure a bag opening night with your mates would be a good excuse for some beers and a BBQ !!!
Cherish that peg like it's one of your kids Doc!
