Title: Hard to find KT250 part

Hi guys,

Chasing the last "hard to get" part to complete my KT250 resto. I need a LH grip! Part no 46075-026.

Failing anyone having a grip, can anyone recommend a good source o/s for rare vintage Kawasaki parts?

Tried them last night - Part no longer available. Plus they have a minimum shipping cost to Australia of US$79!

What else can anyone recommnend?

Have you tried John Cane at www.tytrials.co.uk as he has a soft spot for kt's as well as ty's

Hi Tony,

Another good suggestion. Already have a set of Ariete grips from him at home - not close enough to the NOS grip I have on the throttle.

Any other suggestions?

Hi guys,

Update - have a picture of a throttle side grip. This is what I am looking for but in a left hand grip. Maybe something else has a pattern that matches this.

Hi Albrid,

As much as I would like another one, I already have 3 complete KT's. 1 is showroom original, 1 is a tricked up rider, and the third is awaiting restore. All I need on the showroom one is this grip. Everything else is accounted for.

I hope someone jumps on it though, the more KT love the better!

HOw come a right grip dont work on the left side ?

Because the right side has a 1 to 2mm of throttle tube underneath it....  :-[
