I'm no great photographer, but for those who weren't there, here's a few snaps of some interesting hybrids.

AW Trumpet? It was beautifully done.
-
'CTR 125' rhs. Also nicely done

-
				LHS

-
CR-XL 250 rhs. Quite nicely done, but strange front-end colour

-
				CR-XL LHS

-
				Husky-Yam. A work in progress

-
				KLX-RM. Also very nicely done

-
				RHS

-
				XL-S 500 in KLX frame

-
Another XL-CR. The frame looked rather spindly on this one. I tho't it was a 125 Cr frame

-
Not really a hybrid, but.... weird? optimistic? foolish? brave? interesting?
(There was also a 440 Kaw twin but I didn't get a pic)
-
Also not a hybrid, but it looked nice ("right") in an understated way, even tho I'm not into TT's

-
Some really interesting bikes. Thanks for the shots.
 Cheers ;D
-
the kx -rm thing goes like stink the rider is shit but when it hits the straight it passes every thing

-
the ctr started as a ct 125 that we floged so bad the swing arm nearly pulled out of the frame
Icut the bottom off the frame and miged it to a 76 cr frame
i then swaped the ct 125 motor into my xr200
I bombed the xr 200 motor and put it into the ctr
the xr 200 went really good with the litte ct125 motor
the ctr halls with the 200 bombed motor
 i painted it at home
the  73 cr/xl 250 in the other pics took 2 weeks to build cost less than 400 bucks the paint was still wet when i rolled it off the ute
the rm 125 kx250 is about to get the yellow treatment
-
Thanks for the info on the hybrids RM.
What has been done to the KL motor (in the RM frame)?
 regards, JC

I liked the CTR the most, i think the art of a good special is to build something that looks like it may be a factory bike.

Anyone got photos of the Triumph motor in the ossa phantom frame..........the owner calls it a "Tossa" ;D

-
Didn't see that one. What model Ossa frame was it?
 Super Pioneer? SDR?
-

cant wait to paint it yellow ???????
-

-
