Post by: RMJJ on June 13, 2009, 07:28:14 am
What do you think.
More piccis to follow. I'm pretty chuffed with it.
Its 90% NOS and has cost me the price of a new small car.

Love your work JJ.  I have a RM125 D & E which I have fairly recently restored as well. Good fun to ride and I especially  like the look of the 81-83 RM 125's. I will get some photos up one day..... are you there 43?

Raced yesterday, first time out since breaking my leg a year ago this month.

Forgot to put the bike in gear on the line. What a dumb ass.

Well you should have been down on a stony beach with a hanky with a knot tied in each corner on your head, parked on a deck chair, wearing trousers rolled up and a string vest, if I have my sterotype correct ;D ;D
Does look like a great track.

Hey there rmjj, looks great!
Where did you get the stripes on the tank and side covers?
I'm currently tidying up a 250x which originally had the same as yours. All the US sites offering decals list a different style. Australia and obviously England have a different type.
Cheers Chris

Chris, I had them made, copied from an original NOS set I have. Made from nice thick material with a glossy finish.
I can sell you a full set. £50 UK.
