I know that it is not vintage, but I have a '96 Husaberg FE600E for sale & I can deliver it to CD6 at Conondale if anyone is interested. It owes me around $1600. It has some issues, but it is complete . I can post some photos & provide some more info , if required .

I am in Townsville . The issues are that the electric start sprag clutch bearing is slipping instead of engaging, half the time (which is a common problem for this model). When you use the kickstarter, it fires & runs for about 2-3 seconds before stopping. So it either has a carb or ignition problem . If I have enough time , I will put the flatslide Mikuni off my '98 FE600 (which usually starts first kick every time) on it & put some fresh fuel in it, to see if I can narrow down the problem . There is some rust on the lower right WP fork leg, below where the seal runs .The only other issues that I can see is that the plastics are in ordinary condition & the bump-stop rubber on the Ohlins shock is starting to crack. The motor seems ok , with good compression & no rattles when it is running. I have another 4 or 5 bikes to prepare before CD6, so finding some time to work on it may be a problem .
