it is most likely a custom built observed trials sidecar and most certianly is not a Wasp

By the look of it, I would hazard a guess that the sidecar is a BKS (once a prominent maker of observed trials sidecars in the UK) and the bike it is fitted too looks like a Bultaco Sherpa T.
