When I worked at a bike wreckers I had a TF125 come in where the front tube had been filled with clear silastic  :o :o :o.

Pe 175 I puchased just recently had FOAM A FILL   :o  thats right ..... should of smelt a rat when thier was no vavle stem  ::)   Same motor had a Squash ball to create compression  ???

all these wonderfull ideas should be over in the wacky inventions thread.. :D
oldfart..the guy probably wanted to use a Hi-comp tennis ball but it wouldn't fit into the bore  :P
