Shit happens ??? picked up my items from platter this sarvo and the above item is missing ???
Can someone supply me with the dimensions So I can get one turned up . LHS axle spacer Rear
I've knocked the centre out of an old bearing 6202 which is close ( 10mm long ) AS AN INTERIM
-
Ok I'll try a different approach, Does anyone want to sell me a Rear axle assembly For a Rm 250 T .
-
So length is about 10mm, what's the OD, ID and any other features? I can have a look in my box of goodies to see what I've got.
-
will measure mine tomorrow if you can wait
-
part # 19
-
7 pm tomorrow night and ps thanks for the parts fiche-makes things a whole lot less confusing
-
Well picked up my verniers and they are digital but with a flat battery they are only good for measuring oranges for an orange gun. there is no fine markings on the shaft to be accurate. will get another battery tomorrow and measure tomorrow night.
sorry
-
Nothing in my box of goodies, sorry
-
Thanks for looking Pete

How did you go ?. I can measure mine on the w/end and report back if still needed. The LHS has a small raised section on the side that points towards the wheel bearing-this slightly wider section does not extend all the way to the perimeter of the spacer...from memory.
-
THATS THE ONE ....memory tells me it abuts bearing small face, then has a step up with clearance around hub.
If you could measure that would be much appreciated
-
Yep. I will get it done this w/end.
-
so the pics I emailed helped? or made it worse?
-
Tex, pics Helped thanks :) . Measurements is what I needed
-
excuses excuses...ya fussy ol' bastard oldfart! ::) so the new zinc plating didn't match the offcut of galv waterpipe spacer you were using and now you want to make a replacement from some exotic zinc plated substance ::) blaming the platers..as if they'd lose anything like that!! ;D
-
wish it was that easy Chris, A lathe is my next purchase
Guest what ....It's piissing with rain again as I punch away at key board ::)
Remember this pic from last year
-
:D sure I remember young fella, I was praising the heavens for the little shower and a wee puddle it left....right at the bloody entrance!! ::) no rain here at this momnet but I guessed from the look of the sky someone would be getting it ;)
-
The measurements for the LHS spacer are: the narrow part towards the outside of the spacer is 9.7mm. I got readings of 9.6 to 9.8 mm, so 9.7mm is good. Now, the raised section that faces the wheel bearing is 10.7mm. So that wider section is 1mm wider. ID is 15mm and OD is 34mm. The RHS spacer is 7mm wide with same ID & OD. Cheers.

THANK VERY MUCH :) I'll get them turned up on monday
-
Is that right ??? Are you walking on that water Doc or is it some optical illusion? I wondered how wet it was up there.
Stew have a look at a HQ500M (http://wic020u.server-secure.com/vs4487_secure/product.asp?dept_id=136&product_id=HQ500IM&viewsoh=0&crord=1&mscssid=1&cid=11) from Minitech in Brisbane, has long and cross power feeds and a great big table, mine was $2600 delivered.

optical illusion Loz, I was only at the edge as the water. The entrance just past the armco was not navigational by car, 4wd or foot until later that day ;)
