Gary Semmens coped it a beauty here, but I'm very glad to report, except for the possibility of a small broken bone in his hand, Gary was ok.

Yes it was Vandy, Gary will be even more pissed that he got run over by a YAMAHA. I might be able to sneak one of my SUZUKIs into his shed now while he is still delerious. Get well soon old timer. John.

i'm speechless!
no i'm not.. ;D that was a total flipout! i saw Gary get the Holeshot {not bad for an old fella in his sixties!},
then he got cut off from another rider sweeping in from the outside, Gary then fell right in front of me and it was like oh fork!
he was a bit slow on getting up but well cared for by the medic {hot chick} with a heap of people checking on his condition throughout the rest of the day. last i spoke with Gary he was in good spirits with a bit of a sore neck.
that's my first ever first turn incident. it happened quick.
i've got a bit of a sore shoulder but i'm good {bikes ok too}.
thanks for the pic Jackie and let hope Gary's all good.

Glad to hear the back didn't suffer Michael, look after the shoulder. The other rider kissing the dirt young Adam Richards, was also lucky to walk away without injury. The whole series of photo's is now on the Farrrk page.

it's so clear in my mind when i see those pics Jackie, well caught too! i thought i tried to stand the bike up away from Gary and i'm throwing myself {yeah right} over the left bar in an attempt {as if} to keep my bike away from Gary as best as possible.
that'd have to be you Basil, the silver front guard #88 on the left of pic.

Glad to report I received an email from Gary's wife Lynne, the doctor has given him the all clear :)  Michael will we be seeing you on the sidecars again 8)

Looks like Vandys got more action hanging off the MX125 as a monkey than he did hanging off the sidecar.I spoke to the oldfart before and he is fine.Cheers John.
