Can any one help I am chasing a YZ490 83 or 84 model complete bike,does anybody have one or know of one floating around that is for sale,

Not what you wanted,  but there was 2 x 490's on the back of a ute for sale this afternoon at Buladelah, Crawford Rivver Classic, NSW.  J & N models,  $3K each.  Sorry,  I didn't take down the number.  Both all there and in Average condition and would at least need some cosmetic work to tidy up. 
I sold my 84 Yz 490 about 6 weeks ago.  Hard to find these days.

i have a spare k ,  it is very nice , has a new from yamaha ,piston, rings, and cylinder  , rebuilt wheels (new spokes ), looks pretty , goes nice , but i have to get top money for it to come even close to what it owes, and in these times of recession how does one do that ?
