Cool picture 8) I'd say the bike is a '72 TS400J, also cool 8) The other with the L plates is a TS250 (or possibly 185) and what appears to be a TS90 partially obscured. The 2nd and smaller of the minibikes is probably an MT50J if it was a Suzuki also. The bike in front maybe a ummm..hmmm..gimme a few minutes to decide on this one :P okay..I decides I have no idea :D an A80 maybe????

Doc,thankyou for that swift and...ahhh...comprehensive response, you are truly the Suzuki Rainman.
now to find a TS400J ...

:D no God here mearly a Mighty TS man ;) the J and K models are very very much the same excepting the tank stickers and maybe the fork lowers from memory. You should be able to find 1 reasonably priced but maybe not tomorrow and maybe not in your locale but they're definately out there ;)

Great, I love the old photos. And along with the bikes comes the fashion of the day - like those healthy sideburns.
I reckon sideburns are like pumpkins & chocos... they'll run rampant and smother everything if left unchecked... ;)

Skivvies are useful... me and my mate's white race jerseys back in the day were skivvies.
My girlfriends sister could sew a bit so we talked her into making the mods.
She cut off the polo neck and the cuffs and sewed apple green bits in their place - then some iron-on letters and hey presto we had customised Kawasaki race jerseys!
...and all for one third the cost of ridgey didge bought ones! ;) :D

are you selling these Wombat?

No sales mate, that was a long time ago... back when KX250A4's were the new model. :D
Forum member Brad (090) does a good value home-made retro jersey if you're looking - have a look at his thread 'DG Jerseys up to XXL'. 8)
