Another bike from the early days of vintage gets recycled. Craig Harradines Elsinore used to go pretty well. The owner was once really keen and even went to the USA to race. Someone elses turn to use it now.

Jim for some reason the Cr 250m had issue with dogs and gears, any of those are worth stocking up on, unless they are all undercut i dont know any one with one that didint need to replace gears at some point.
Still at that price he stole it, still amazes my why folks put things on ebay with a buy now if they are feeling out the market, i would have though it would have been better off listing at $2k and see where it went, i would have though 3- 3.5K if the engine work is as described.

And don't forget the shift drum and "hand of god" shift fork, in most cases the gear dogs are the symptom and not the cause. If you replace the 250m gears or undercut them without putting in a NOS shift drum, you'll soon be replacing gears again.... I learnt this the hard way after putting in a NOS M2 set of gears >:(

i didnt buy this bike i have just finished my honda elsinore ready to race it dirt track.it is a very early 1973 frame no 900 and motor not much more with billit crank.
