Title: XL250 Motosport early 70s tail light bracket wtb

Just need the tail light bracket to complete the resto. I have the lens. I think the xl350 was the same and on some other Honda 70s trail models. Decent chrome good but need not be perfect. Anyone?????    ???

hey thanks Mick...local wrecker only has one off an MT250 which is slightly different and can't find any on evil bay!! Hmmm. Let me know....

hmmm,found 3 in a box,2 complete,1 without lense,(yours ;D),i did have a few MT's years back,also XL's,so whats the difference??,these all look the same to me,cheers Mick

hmmm my last post disappeared ???,(had found 3,1 without lense,yours ;D),found another with longer "backbone",( where the 3 segmented holes are?),my guess is that's for the MT250 ?,cheers Mick

I would be intrested in the MT tailight bracket. MT has three mounting holes to attach to the guard. I think the XL has 4. Not 100% on that but I think thats how it goes. Anyway I need tall 3 hole bracket. 1 hole at seat end two at very rear of guard. Let me know if have one and will part with it.

Yes the MT has 3 holes with 1 at the seat end while the xl has 4 holes with 2 at the seat end. They both have 2 holes at the lower guard attachment point. The rest is pretty similar if not the same...I think. Quite a tall bracket and a large number plate area. I think the lenses are the same. If you have 1 with a good lens then so much the better!!!   :)

i have 4 tailite assemblies with only 2 lenses,Greg if your lense is ok?,i will allocate Quicky the other for the MT250's,(would like to keep one for myself?),cheers Mick

OK Mick sounds fine minus the lens.....need the 4 hole type for the XL. Let me know here or PM for price and postage etc.

noooooooooooooo!,i'm just keeping 1 XL (in case ;)),a MT250 bike i don't have  ::),so it's (MT250 tailite) yours Quicky?,$20 for XL without lense,$30 for MT250 with lense+ postage, ok guys?,cheers Mick
