Above bike on evilbay $4000 and counting.Smick looking bike but are punters getting overexcited or is it worth it?

She be a garage Queen . This is the secound time round as the reserve was not met at $4749-00

this has been kicking around on other forums, one of the better ones ive seen. Basically the seller told me its NOT all factory original and its been partly tidied up/restored, many new parts have been fitted to it, eg nos fenders bought 10 years ago. i can pick at least a dozen or more things not correct or right on it, but hey its still pretty good and not too far off what it should be and wouldnt take too much work to get it 100% right. its got an original rear fender so all the hard work is done. It will be interesting to see if it sells this time. As long as the buyer doesnt think its all original then all will be good.

yes some punters will be getting over excited and not notice a few things on it, but i feel the price is well worth it. If trying to restore a PE to similar condition you will know how hard it is to get some parts and how expensive they are.
