Post by: caps 999 on April 06, 2009, 07:44:25 pm
im looking to swap my cr480 front end for a later disc one but i need to know legalitys im not in any rush but i wanna do my home work first i was goin to use a later pre 85 cr disc forks and wheel in my stock tripples and for my braking system use the pre 85 caliper with a late crf250 master cylinger so i can get leavers and parts easier i wont be getting any extra brealing power as it will still be a standard caliper and disc rotor does any one see any issues with this

technically for pre 85 you need to run 1984 honda front end
i dont think master cyl would matter
i am not a honda expert but 85 front end could be same as 84 maybe
wheres magoo :o
