No dramas. I'll bet you blokes had heaps without my stuff anyway. ;D
And yes Graeme, poor old number 9 did end up with a much wider line than he intended. :D
-
as a matter of interest #9 is Steve New and #17 is Andy Dykes ;)
-
Thanks for that Doc. I didn't actually go to the trouble of looking that up. ::)

For a bit of info.......Andy Dykes on the Bully #17 is a very fast Scotsman who actually rode factory supported CCMs back in the old country. Back in in '95 he blitzed everyone at the Cherabah,QLD Nats on his 360 Pursang. A few personal traumas have kept him away from the sport until now but now he's moved from Queensland to the ACT he wowed to me that he's going to ride more events. He's a really nice bloke and when he gets his mojo back you'll see just how quick he is.

If he's doing moves like that while still getting his mojo back, I can't wait to see him at full noise. ;D

And Steve New has raced/ridden Maico's since about 1970 and he is the reason i got into vmx. He sold me that peice 'o shite Maico 490 ;D Great pics btw Tony

hey brad dont talk about your 490 like that it will costa ya when it lets go

hey, firko, if this andy dykes guy now lives here in downtown ACT, if I can find out how to contact him I'll see if I can't get him to join us locals for some old bikes racing at Fairbairn. We're always keen for more, even if they do run rings round us (its the pits action - lies lies and more lies - that's the most fun anyway). any clues?

Gezza, meet and was talking to Andy at the Heaven Canberra round, he`s keen to do some ACT club rounds next year, seems like a good bloke with some cool story`s.
