HI
All fingers point to the ignition that can't keep up - so what is the suggestion; PVL or MZB.
Any words of wisdom or guidance from those in the know...

l am also thinking about buying a PVL Ignition, my friend runs PVL on this BSA B50, Works Great. My choice for you PVL.

I can recommend the PVL. I have one on a 490 maico and it's been faultless. I know nothing about a MZB.

New ignitions are expensive. :o :o :o I would ask Steve at Betta Bikes in SA to take a look at it first. I had my 430 XC Motoplat Mini 6 ignition stator repaired for about $250 all up if I recall. Got mine sorted great :) :) :) Helps if the wires out the back of the stator are in good shape - insulation good and not frayed and hanging on by a few strands! If wires dodgey it is a gamble - you can repair the stator but have the wires snap off >:( >:(
Otherwise PVL seems the go except if you want lights then the MZB is the go.

i have used MZB on other bikes. good quality, well built, easy to install, reliable and good value

MZB on its way - will advise.
