This is a bit of a long shot but here goes.
Does anyone know the size of the “O” ring that goes on the gearbox output shaft, inside of the sprocket spacer/seal surface on Suzuki 90/100/125 and I think 185’s?
The part No is 09280-20001
This is the last thing I need to be able to ride my TM125. The local dealer do not have one is stock and they have no idea of the size. They also say they can not get one before the weekend.

Brent it measures about 1mm thick with an ID of about 19.5mm. That's a bit rough though. I just bought (yesterday) two from Suziparts for $2 each. Ray will express post it too, if he has any left. He despatched same day for my order and I got them the next day. Grab one of the oil seals as well as these are not easily found from the usual sources. $15 or thereabous.

yup, I second Graeme, 1mm x19.5mm
The o'ring can be a little thicker and up to 2mm thick as it get squished into the tapered bush anyway but the bush won't sit in flush with the bearing until the sprocket nut is tightened and squashes the larger o'ring into the groove. So many people forget this o'ring and wonder why oil is dripping from the sprocket area ::)

on these i also sometimes put a bead of silicone behind the tab washer so is squeezes into the splines for added assurance that its not going to leak through the splines. if you cant get a o-ring in time, just using silicone in the splines will also stop the leaks and do the trick.

Yup, silicone helps heaps with these. The 1mm O-rings can be hard to find, but my local stockist has 1.5mm ones available which I reckon would work just fine. You can't go too big or you get a lot of drag, but 1 and 1.5 will work, and 2 from the sounds of it, tho I've never used one that thick before. Would it be better to go for a smaller ID in that case?.

1mm x19.5mm round and 1.25 x19.5 listed here in my catalogue from bearing supply at $1.85. each carried in stock. so try your local bearing business Brent. Cheers.

I got to read some of the replies during the day but seldom get a chance at work to post answers.
I have some 2mm o rings and will machine a slight recess into the seal spacer. I have a spare bearing and 185 output shaft to check with.
I fired this bike up on Sunday. Started second kick with a slightly stuck throttle and no muffler. Went to 5 grand and the kill switch works a treat! The nieghbours know this too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Friday should be ride and run in day and it's first race will be on Sunday!
I'll post up some piccies later in the week and a BIG thank you to the Doc and Graeme M for your help with this project and to Lozza for advice (will be in touch)
