Title: Help Needed for Muffler - Tail Pipe
Post by: Mick on March 17, 2009, 06:55:35 am
Does anyone know which aftermarket muffler-tail pipe would fit straight on to my PE 400 X and were do I get it from please.

Need something for Broadford, the one I have is shabby looking and might be to noisy also.

Ask Alex on the PE forum. http://groups.yahoo.com/group/PEmotorcycles/ he had a real nice alloy one made up for his PE 400 X. I think Stacker Motorcyles did it but im not 100% sure. He said they based it on the old Answer oval silencer.

if you go to the PE forum, look in the photos section to see what it looks like or just ask Alex.

Great looking PE Mick.  Those things are so much fun!  BTW what is with the rear guard?  It doesnt look like an original PE X guard to me.  Could that be the finishing touch together with your muffler?  Cheers

I've got nothing useful to add to the thread. I just wanted to be part of a thread that's titled "Help Needed for Muff" (on the main forum index).

That's all, you can ignore me.
