have you tryed  the usual places plus www.repairmanual.com

what about ellery publications? they advertise in Just Bikes under strathfields books or similar and they make cycle serve manuals for 70's bikes.

http://www.ellery.com.au/strath/sb002.html
http://www.ellery.com.au/

Cycle serve are austrlaian made and usually just copies of the Jap OEM manuals. well thats what i have found with their RM/TS manuals.

also try the 2 other big manual sellers in just bikes -  Mountain motor books and Wheels of time

and also try ebay seller guzigirlguziguy or guzzigirlguzziguy in QLD. they have heaps of old manuals

ok would like the original one because sometimes they were under the seat like the one that is supposed to be there on my RD250 thats the only thing the bike is missing :)

The owners handbook (under the seat job, not the shop manual) was still available new at Yamaha dealers parts counter recently. Frosty your Yamaha dealer provided they can be bothered can be a good source of well Yamaha parts...............................  ;)
