Title: 1981 CR125RB
Post by: Tom on March 06, 2009, 01:40:35 pm
Up for sale is my beloved 1981 cr125 im selling the bike hoping to move towards bigger and better things =]  i have a spare parts bike that comes as part of the deal.My bike is a good working bike starts easy but still has plenty of compression fast little bike was my first bigger bike and was a good learning experience wasnt crazy unless you wanted it to be which would make it good for maybe any other kids wanting to move from an 80 up? the spare parts bike was running when i got it had alot of piston slap and was put aside as the spare bike for that reason was ride able but has had little things taken of for the good bike. This bike has been a really good bike to me so im not likely to budge on my offer. I live 30mins from nowra in sanctuary point which is bout 45mins from batemans bay i think?  ??? $1100 and there all yours i can be contacted by pm or mobile 0401738574  thanks Tom  8)

Where is the bike located. I don't have a Honda in the collection. What is the availability for parts like these days for this model. Cheers

Im located 20mins from nowra on the south coast of NSW about 2 and half hours south of sydney. Im not sure about parts availability but everytime i've order through honda australia they have come through with the goods i have a spare bike that comes with the good bike and its about 75% there.Im only selling the bike cause i wanna pay for the rego on my ute and have everything ready so when i have my p's i'll have my own transport to work. The bike is a regretfull sale but like my dad tells me its all a part of growing up  :)

Hi Tom

I'm interested;  One minor question, is it loud with that muffler?

My main problem is trying to work out how I could pick it up - I live 2 hours north of Tamworth.   I'll have a think about how I could do it.

Cheers
Jim
