Well it says you also get another spare bike and parts stash so there would be some gear there and it sounds like its got some fruit on it as well.

But alas its only a XL ,so agree its a little on the high side of the dollar.  Good luck to the seller anyway, nothing like setting a precident ..........

sounds a bit rich but its  got a spare bike ??? I live 30 mins from the town where it is, any one keen on it i can keep it next to my 500s till you pic her up ;D :D
