Can't make this one, I'm off to Melbourne that weekend for the airshow. But I have round 2 here in Canberra all locked in so looking forward to my first vintage event since... ummm... September last year!

Have fun at Glenbawn, everyone.

Yes, good work Rosco!
Using your only good hand to water down an off camber, downhill slope before the main table top jump where you could watch the mayhem close up. You 'scallywag'.
Its a shame El Presidente Dennis didn't march you offsite late Sat. nite when he caught you red handed commandering the PA system, then impersonating Evil Rudy, and trying to get Magoo back up to drink with you.
ps. Thanks to Dennis Myers, Don & Therese and all committee for a great first round.

It was a great weekend.

I brought along a South African mate to keep Fernando company. Lots of talk about guns ( and strange named drinks) !!!????

Saturday afternoon he broke his newly acquired YZ250E so he rode mine for the racing Sunday.

He was having a great time racing the rounds and picking up a couple of good positions ( not having raced dirt bikes for 8 years). Then come the Flaggies race at the end of the day, when you are just sort of having fun he took the ski jump the wrong way and found the gravity a bit strong on the down hill side.

Broken left thumb and a sore neck, but still had the smile that night when I drop him home. 12 weeks on the side line.....and he'll be back!!

Big Thanks to all those behind the scene....
PB

I was right behind your mate when gravity took its revenge. He performed the longest wildest flying W I have ever seen. Pulled up to help sweep him up but he had already sprang up and was trying to remount the Yammie!!

It was also my first meeting for many years and also had a great weekend.
