Title: repair or replace cr250 magnesium cover

evening all. purchased an 85 model cr250 at ballarat swap that needs just a little tlc
bad corrosion in pump housing!!!
does anyone know effective repair?,or am told to use alloy cover off other model,problem is dont know which
one to get.

Have a look at the "waterpump repair" thread in the tech help section.
That one's mine, I have done a temp repair with some "Quick steel" but am looking at isolating the system and using a 12volt pump.
