What year/model?
-
ts185 er
-
jc , which ts forks were u wanting ?
-
They'd be leading axle correct? No good for pre75
-
TS185ER 79 onwards - leading axle, 33mm
-
yep leading axel , circlip spring retainers
-
out of interest, the only pre'75 Suzuki model with the leading axle forks are the RL250 ;)
-
c-clip spring retainers ??? my forks dont have these? fork caps are screw in and the only c-clips on the forks are ones that hold in the seals
-
Ims,
I could do w a set of the triple clamps for the 33mm leading axle ER forks.
And a front brake plate too
-
I probably have a set of TS185ER clamps kicking around JC. Will have a look and let you know ;)
Ims the forks you have there are either TS100ER or TS125ER (185's as Leith said have the screw in caps with a 1/2 drive slot) I'll buy the 100/125 forks from you if the chrome is good and if no-one else has first dibs ;)
-
JC, just checked, I do have a pair of 185 clamps I'm not using in the foreseeable future ;)
-
doc , i just got them out and checked the caps , they screw in inside the fork ( sorry they looked like circlips in the dark shed ) they have a square recess like a 1/2" socket for removal 33mm dia
-
that be the 185 suckers alright. With the rubber caps fitted one could assume they be circlip type ;) no problemo..
-
Doc,
I'll take the 185ER triples if you don't need them.
(I've still got the RM100 engine for you)
-
not a prob John, the clamps can become part of the RM100 deal ;) what's your plan, do you need the little triangular plastic shroud/idiot lights that fits over h'bar clamps?
-
No I shouldn't need that thanks Doc
-
fella,s now that u have had your general discussion how about buying something off me ! i,ll even throw in a fr axel and there,s a possibility i have the brake plate
