Wish to buy, if any body can help me out here, would like a YZ 125 A SEAT BASE, l am sure a MX 125 A would be the same.

You can buy replica Yamaha DT ,YZ seats complete, they look very neat, has anyone bought one, or have any imfo on them and seen them in the flesh. They are made in thialand

David, you're right: MX and YZ125 seat bases are the same.

I've got a mate making replica bases, but its one of those 'when he's got spare time' jobs, so I can't promise when they'll be finished.

Love to see a link to the Thai jobbies.

I will send to you the item number david, l am having problems bringing it up, so you would need to go to ebay.com and type in yamaha DT 125 SEAT, THEY ARE NEW COMPLETE SEATS AT A BUY IT NOW PRICE $38 . IF YOU CAN`T FIND THEM, I WILL TRY AGAIN LATER, BUT HAVE A GO.

Shit thats cheap, so long as they arent.   IM on the hunt for a rear swing arm for same if anyone got one for sale. :O)

it may be possible to adapt a seat from a mid 70's MX100.
{y'know, the model before they became the RT100}. they may be a little more common.
just a shame the Aussie dollar ain't too good against the US buck as they come up pretty frequent on us ebay.

The MX100A & B seats would help, but the much more common red or white model MX100s are quite different.
