its day :P someone has had a lot of
red paint to spare ::)
i like it, very cheap at moment 200 quid
wouldnt last long over here at
that price ;D ;D ;)

If I was in that part of the world I would go it, The only thing I would want to know is where it has been stored!!
But it looks the part and I must confess I do have a soft spot for the VB's

They are a magic bike, Nutz.  A motor like a 4stroke, great suspension.  It helps, though, if you are 6ft 8 because they are the tallest bike on this planet, and you wouldn't want to have to kick start it without a log to stand on!  I use a milk crate, and I'm 5ft 11.
Excellent ride though, and look great.

Cosmetically its far from original - frame paint, wrong guards, no stripe on tank, alloy bits painted red ::).

As a resto it's very complete and should be easy to find the missing bits. But a lot of detail work to be done.

As a race bike I would carefully check the mechanics before purchase. The kick start is wrong - something is broken or stripped - might be ease, might be involved.

It looks dodgy work/workmanship, painting, over spray etc; looks a cheap 'tart up'; my alarm bells would be ringing, bs antennas twitching ;).

Price is good at the mo ;).

What swing arm is that? Period aftermarket or one of those, it fit so i put it on types? I felt the '77 250 handled quite well.
Did Montesa make a 360 in '74?

What swingarm? the white one in the ad? I think it is standard but painted white, along with the fork sliders; an example of the tacky-ness ::).
